Identifying Sensitive Areas (Streams, SMZs, Severe Slopes, Wet Areas) on a Project Area Using the Application

Custom values can be entered for stream buffers, severe slopes, and wet areas by clicking + sign in the left column.

• Click the + sign next to Severe Slopes (>8%).
• Type in 12% in the text box, and click Set. The map automatically re-calculates sensitive areas.
• Click Report, type a new Project Name in the Submit Project window, and click OK.
